- I have had a pair of the Tagry X08 earbuds for a few months now and I like them a lot. I got the opportunity to buy this pair of X18\'s last week, and I said \"why not?\". I liked the fact that these earbuds are more compact than the X08\'s, so I went ahead and placed an order. My order was processed very quickly as they arrived just two days after I placed it. It was a very sweet upgrade for me, and my wife can use my X08\'s. After I made the initial connection to my iPhone, both earbuds remember it and connect automatically when the case is opened again. If you use them on more than one device, like I do, I also use them with my MacBook Air. I have to turn bluetooth off on my iPhone before opening my MacBook to make sure they connect to the right device, as they always connect to my iPhone as soon as I open the case. Like any other bluetooth device, it can only connect to one device at a time.The audio quality as well as mic quality is excellent. If you love classic rock and they aren\'t playing loud enough, check the settings in the Music app on your iPhone. Go to Settings/Music/ and scroll down to EQ (equalizer). There are a couple dozen presets, and so far I have found that \'Late Night\' is louder than the others. The battery life is also amazing. Each earbud contains a 35mAh battery, and the case holds a 2600mAh rechargeable battery. Both earbuds can obtain a total of 120 hours of continuous playback time from one charge of the case. The case charges with a USB-C cord (comes with it) in 2.5 hours. It also has a USB port so you can charge your phone or other device with it. Note that with normal use you might only have to charge the case once a month or less. These Tagry X18 earbuds are waterproof to industry standard \"IPX7\", which is one of the highest ratings. I googled it. The IP stands for \"Ingress Protection\", and the rating i given by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). The X7 is what these earbuds were rated at. The X means it was not tested for dust resistance, but has a strong resistance to liquids. Basically what it means is that it\'s durable enough to survive after being submerged in up to up to 3 feet of water for 30 minutes. So they will withstand a sweaty workout or being out in the rain. It might be advisable to take them off before going swimming. The snug fit is both secure and comfortable. I never worry about them falling out. But on the other hand, I registered them on the Tagry website, and the warranty is the best one I\'ve ever known. It\'s a Lifetime Warranty for replacement for damaged, defective, upgraded, or lost products. Yes that\'s right ... LOST products. So make usre you read the user manual and follow the directions for registering your item. Tagry makes it easy by providing a QR code that takes you to the right page on their sight to register. The bottom line is this. The Tagry X18 earbuds are an outstanding value, and money well-spent.
