  • These are great for concerts, lounges, or any overwhelming loud place. I can block out loud noises and still clearly hear my friends. The case is a bit cheap and has cracked, but this hasn’t affected the function. The « Normal » mode is nice but has the effect of white noise, rather than just no noise at all. There’s also the « Transparency » mode which I don’t really use. I’ve had these for two months and for this price I am satisfied. I use these for calls and work zoom meetings and haven’t had any complaints on call quality. I don’t think I’ve ever used these for more than 4 hours so I have not completely tested the battery life. For my needs (to not be overwhelmed in loud environments and still be able to communicate) , the noise cancelling mode is good, but if you’re looking to completely block out sound, you’ll want higher quality.
  • Sound quality for casual music listening is good.Noise cancelling is better than many cheap earbuds.Fit is very uncomfortable; the left bud hurts, will not stay in and falls out. The right bud is frequently on the verge of slipping out. (I watched the gif showing how to insert these and followed the simple procedure to no avail.)Transparency mode is very limited. I can hear others speaking but the feedback from my own voice is so loud I can\'t reply without removing at least one earbud.App controls are limited. Perhaps this is the case with this model only, but the app provided almost no customization options.High frequencies sneak in even when in noise cancelling mode.Overall, not worth the money unless your ears are just the right shape and size and you don\'t care about transparency mode or high frequencies getting past noise cancellation.
  • My wife and I are two old folks who don\'t know any better. What I did learn, after exhaustive research, is that you need to spend over $200 to get \"Great\" ear buds. However, I was not willing to spend that kind of money. Having said that, these Ear buds seemed to be worth taking a chance on for the price. WOW, were we impressed! Great sound, good Bass and, most importantly, clear phone calls. You can hear the caller and the caller can hear you without sounding like you are in a tunnel. They are reasonably easy to use, comfortable and do not fall out during activity. I\'m not really sure about the noise cancellation. All I know is that you can hear them clearly on a riding mower. We liked them enough to buy another set for my wife. Give these a try, you should be happy for the price.
  • So my bf and I recently lost one ear piece from our AirPods and even with warranty Apple wanted over $100 to replace just 1 so I decided to get something a lil more affordable. While I love love love these earbuds we both had a issue with them staying in our ears. It comes with 2 extra ear cushions that we switched out but earbuds would still loosen and slip out. The noise canceling is great. I always needed to take one earbud out so I could hear people when their talking to me. Battery life didn’t seem so great. Had it charging through the night and battery was considerably low midday the next day. Will be sending them back due to them not staying in ear other than that we would have kept them.
  • Updated review: Anker contacted me shortly after I posted the review below. Once they understood the issue they sent me another pair to replace the ones that would not always connect. Those are working fine for now and I\'ve adjusted the rating to reflect their excellent customer service. They remain a good pair of inexpensive earbuds and I\'m glad they got the issue taken care of--------------These are a solid pair of reasonably priced earbuds. They sound good for the price, the noise cancelling is decent, the battery life is fine and the case feels solid. So why the 2-star review? Because they don\'t always connect. About half the time I\'ll take them out of the case, put them in and hear the connected tone on only one side, because the other earbud simply refuses to work. (Happens on both sides randomly) The only solution is to unpair them, put them in the case, reboot them and then re-pair. After that they\'re fine (until next time), but it\'s a royal pain to have to fiddle with them for a couple of minutes when you just want to go exercise.
  • ok, coming from the soundcore p2\'s, first thing I noticed, was that the extra ear-hole tips it came with were the same size as the ones already on the pods. they are spares, not sizes. frustrating as someone with tiny baby boy ear-holes that always uses the small size for in-ear-hole buds or pods. luckily, I had the life P2, and the tips are compatible, and stuff like these exist, and I plan on getting some to replace my gross old ones: https://www.amazon.com/Pairs-Compatible-Soundcore-Replacement-Silicone/dp/B0B2BCY46Jsecondly, again, coming from the p2\'s that have no active noise cancelation if I remember correctly, the battery life is noticeably shorter. on the phone, and on the pods. again, its worth noting that the p2 did not have cool features, such as noise cancelation and an app/eq, and also aptX which is designed to save battery life on the phone and the headset by being optimized to save power for qualcomm bluetooth chips, which my phone supported. that all being said, they are still very usable and last all day for the most part under medium use, compared to a day and a half on the p2\'s, and its worth mentioning the case charging has no noticeable difference, just the podsother than those two \"flaws\" which seemed to be just design choices, and not flaws, these sound great. the p2\'s are a little treble-heavy, in some cases, that was fixed, the eq options are nice, and fit their labels, and the default one w/bass boost sounds great for most stuff. I cant comment on the fit in ear with the new tip design, they hurt to put in (as do all medium tips I\'ve tried from any brand) but the shape fits well in my lobe, doesn\'t rub against my ear anywhere.overall, 4.8/5
